These are the Wheelmate Aluminum Hubcentric Rings. Hubcentric rings are designed to help center the wheel to the hub of your vehicle to make sure there is no excessive movement after you have torqued down your lug nuts. Some wheel styles required hub centric rings because the center bore of the wheel can be much larger than the axle bore. This can cause vibration under normal driving conditions.
